By using this website, I represent and warrant that all new & used Toner/Ink cartridges that have been sold in the past, being sold or will be in the future shipped and/or sold to OEMTonerBuyer.com adhere to the below statements.
Seller must acknowledge and confirm they are the rightful legal owner of any and all supplies and/or other items sold or offered to be sold to OEMTonerBuyer.com. Seller must acknowledge they are the direct seller of all items and not representing any third party person and/or company or organization. OEMTonerBuyer.com may request proof of compliance and/or other documentation contained in these terms and conditions. We may request such documentation as it sees necessary. Any person selling or submitting product for purchase to OEMTonerBuyer.com must be of legal age or older in order to conduct business with us. In addition, all toner, ink, or other product submitted to OEMTonerBuyer.com must have clear title (by selling to OEMTonerBuyer.com the seller confirms 100% legal ownership of product).
By sending items to OEMTonerBuyer.com, you agree the surplus form submitted is 100% true statements. We can only provide free shipping to us, for the items submitted on the Sell Your Surplus page. If the form is filled out incorrectly, the offer changes. If a return of the items is requested; we will require payment of some sort to cover shipping both ways. Generic or open box/bag items with $0.00 value on the offer will be disposed of within 10 days.
Some of the manufactures do not accept any warranty claims (for defective toners, imaging kits, etc.) from resellers. If multiple items are defective from your purchase order, we will require assistance from the supplier (you) to help process a warranty claim. They usually require a serial number and company name.
Shipping Terms
Please carefully pack your new, unused, genuine brand name items into an outer box. All items must be packed within a shipping box; over-boxing is very important to keep your units in good condition so that we can pay you top dollar! Please let us remove any stickers or labels from your items; we know how to remove labels without causing damage which would affect the value of your items. Include a copy of your quote/purchase order inside the box. The shipping box must weigh under 70lbs; Maximum box size is 72 total inches, for example 24″ X 24″ X 24″. If you need more than one shipping box, no problem! We can supply you with the labels you need for your shipment. However, you must ship as “in bulk” as possible. For example; shipping 4 items in two boxes would cost us 40% more than shipping the same 4 items in one box. A good rule of thumb is to always ship as if you were the one paying the shipping. Abuse of our label system will result in us no longer being able to pay the shipping. Depending upon the size of your order, we can offer freight, or FedEx options.
When appropriate, we will send you pre-paid shipping labels via email; for larger shipments, we can arrange a freight pick up. Customers who ship oversize boxes, or items that were not included on the original order, will be liable for shipping charges; please notify us before shipping items not included on the original order so that we can approve the additional inclusion. Any items shipped to us without prior approval will be considered forfeit and will not be sent back.
We only provide labels for items shipping from within the continental U.S. We do not provide labels for items shipping from Alaska, Hawaii or Puerto Rico due to very high shipping rates from FedEx.
Disclaimer: We offer these labels for your convenience, you are not required to use them, if you choose to use them you are still 100% liable for the items arriving to us and arriving undamaged. If FedEx loses the package (a rare occurrence) There is nothing we can do. We only pay for what we receive. We encourage that you add your own insurance upon drop off to ensure you are covered should the worst happen.
